Terms of Service

These terms cover Onda Platform, the tools Onda LLC ("Onda", "we") provides at ondaworks.ai to its staff and clients. By signing in you agree to them. Your agreement with Onda for our services comes first if the two disagree.

Access

Onda Platform is available only to Onda staff and to clients we invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. We may remove access when the work ends or if these terms are broken.

Your data

Data from your accounts stays yours. You allow Onda to use it to provide our services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to give Onda access to the accounts you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not try to reach data that is not yours, interfere with the service, or copy or resell it.

Changes to your accounts

Onda Platform reads your accounts to check and report on them. Any change to an ad account is made or approved by a person on our team, in line with our agreement with you.

No warranty

Onda Platform is provided as is. We work to keep its checks and reports accurate, but they can be incomplete or delayed, and they do not replace the judgment of the people running your accounts.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Onda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Onda Platform, and our total liability is limited as set out in our agreement with you.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
